Say NO to cellulite with Body brushing..

Body brushing is an awesome way to do all of this. So how do you get it right?

TIP 1: Make sure you have a good brush. A long handle will make it easier to reach all areas of your body, while natural bristles are kinder skin. If it's your first time, start gently with a softer bristle then work your way up the firmness scale.

TIP 2: Dry body brushing needs to be done once a day on, yes, dry skin. So while you're waiting for the shower to get steamy or your face mask to work its magic, start from the soles of your feet and work upwards.

TIP 3: Direction is important. Work methodically up your body always brushing in long smooth strokes towards your heart, as this is the best way to boost your circulation.

TIP 4: Brush everything. Your feet, heels, legs, hips, bum, arms and elbows with an upwards movement. Your back, torso, shoulders and chest with downward strokes.

TIP 5: Give special attention to your bum and thighs. Brushing helps to break down the fatty deposits that cause dimpled orange peel skin, as well as smooth and even out the skin's surface. So brush, brush, brush that booty!

TIP 6: Sensitive skin should be left alone as you'll only aggravate it, while your face deserves a tailored exfoliating regime all of its own!
